Practical FDM printing on a Bambu Lab P1S

A focused local service for functional parts—not an industrial process catalog we cannot honestly deliver.

Prototype iterations

Fit checks, concept models, brackets, housings, mounts, and enclosures before committing to tooling.

Shop aids

Jigs, fixtures, drill guides, organizers, templates, adapters, guards, and other low-volume production aids.

Repeat parts

Small batches after the first part has been approved and its print assumptions are proven.

File preparation

Basic model repair, orientation, support planning, and printability feedback. Complex engineering is scoped separately.

Finishing

Support cleanup is standard. Sanding, priming, inserts, and assembly are quoted only when appropriate for the job.

Machine limits

Maximum build volume is 256 × 256 × 256 mm. Larger projects may be split and assembled after review.

Pricing principles

Firm quote after slicing

Price is based on actual print time, material, supports, setup, failure allowance, finishing, and fulfillment—not just grams of plastic.

Minimum setup value

Small jobs still require file review, machine preparation, inspection, and customer handling. The firm quote reflects that work.

Rush scheduling

Eligible 1–2 business-day work is priced at a premium and only promised when capacity permits.

Repeat-order savings

Once a model and process are proven, later batches require less setup and can be priced more efficiently.

Start with the actual part

Upload a model or describe what you need. No payment is taken until the review is complete.
